While exploring this years theme, Harnessing Our Strengths: A Shared Vision for Child and Youth Healthcare, the CAPHC Annual Conference will continue the tradition of showcasing the emergence of effective and innovative models of care, as well as highlighting the needs, challenges and strategies to ensure access to the very best healthcare for all children and youth.

The Annual Conference draws attention to the true collaborative nature of the CAPHC community and will highlight many national partnerships and collaborative programs with the CAPHC Patient Safety Collaborative, Canadian Child and Youth Health Coalition, the Canadian Family Advisory Network, the Canadian Network of Child and Youth Rehabilitation, and many more!

In the past our conference has addressed important and challenging issues in child and youth health, and has invited speakers and delegates to share challenges and propose solutions. This year, while continuing to take a holistic, multidisciplinary, cross-sectoral, systems level approach to health service delivery, we will drill down and focus on demonstrating improved outcomes and bring evidence to what is really working.
